These walls are adjacent to public walks and are frequented by family members including children. Lessons Learned: There is a potential for children to play on these walls and potentially fall 4.0 meters. Recommended Action: Avoid areas where the children can have easy access and be subject to a potential danger. Install non-climbable fencing on these walls where they cannot be avoided during design.
