Background:
Two ultra-sound treatment machines were placed in one room with intentions of treating two patients simultaneously.

Lessons Learned:
Due to space and privacy issues two patients cannot be treated simultaneously with ultra-sound equipment in the same room.

Recommended Action:
Equipment such as the ultra-sound type must be housed in a separate treatment room.
