Background:
In the lobby and main waiting area of the Takipid Health Center there are certain areas of high ceilings and high clearstory windows.

Lessons Learned:
Routine maintenance and cleaning (Changing light bulbs and inside window cleaning) is difficult and dangerous task without complicated and expensive custom equipment.

Recommended Action:
Require the designer to demonstrate how routine maintenance and housekeeping duties will be performed on unusual design features.
