This ambulatory health center sits on approximately 28.6 hectares of land set-aside by the Bureau of Indian Affairs in concert with the Navajo Nation. This health center provides comprehensive educative, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health care service programs to meet the needs of the Piñon Service Area population under the Chinle Service Unit. The facility provides a full range of ambulatory care services, comprehensive community health service programs, laboratory and radiological diagnostic services, dental department and physical therapy.
