Union Contracts

• Agreement between Alaska Area Native Health Service and Local 1668 AFGE with an effective date of 1/1/199. The agreement was for a three year term. There is a provision in the duration clause that it will continue in full force and effect until a new agreement has been reached.

• National Federation of Federal Employees, Local 951. The contract will automatically renew itself for successive periods of three (3) years if neither party reopens.

• LIUNA Local #614 Office of Environmental Health and Engineering, Yakama Field Office Agreement executed on July 6, 1999 - one initial term of 3 years with one auto renewal of 3 years,  Agreement terminated July 6, 2005
• LIUNA Local #614 Yakama Indian Health Service Agreement executed on May 12, 1998 – one initial term of 3 years with one auto renewal of 3 years, Agreement terminated May 12, 2004
