EDR FAQ

Do I need to have EHR installed prior to installing EDR? Should I install one before the other?


No, it is desirable but not required for EHR to be running prior to installing EDR. However, a site must meet the EHR Ready Requirements to be considered for EDR installation. It does not matter if EHR or EDR is installed first.
