Contacting an Instructor / Course Director

Specific activities that normally involve contacting a Course Director such as creating a new course or requesting a course review can be handled using this technique as well as the techniques indicated under those specific topics. To contact an Instructor / Course Director for any reason, follow these steps:

1. Click the “Catalog” tab in main navigation
2. Click the Course Number for a course that you know the Instructor teaches
3. On the Course Detail page, click the Instructor's or Course Director's name to go to the Instructor Contact page or the Course Director Contact page
4. On the Contact page, select the method of contact that best suits the situation and use it to contact the individual
