Occasionally, the CDE Administrator or Course Director will be required to make changes to the course detail. Course detail information includes the following:
Title, Facility, City, State, Start Date, End Date, Level, Quota Min, Quota Max, Summary, Learning Objectives, Prerequisites, Travel (for inclusion of travel and lodging information)
To change course detail information, follow these steps:
Click the “Administration” tab in main navigation
Under the Administration tab, click “Catalog” to go to the Admin Catalog page
On the Admin Catalog page, locate the course to edit
Click the Course Number to go to the Course Detail page
On the Course Detail page, click the “Edit Course” button to go to the Edit Course Wizard
Click the “Details” tab at the top of the form
Enter / change the information in the text boxes provided as needed
Click the “Submit” button to finalize the modifications
