GROUP FACILITATION METHODS

Description: This is an intensive two-day course based on the Institute of Cultural Affairs [ICA] Technology of Participation [ToP®] facilitation method. Specifically, three collaborative methods will be examined: focused conversation, the workshop/consensus method, and action planning. Each participant will receive a workbook which becomes a practical tool for future use.
Learning Outcomes: •Demonstrate the focused conversation method •Describe the consensus workshop method •Utilize the focused conversation and consensus methods to initiate action planning
