Description: This course is a continuation of the Project Management Fundamentals [with SFC PMPro] online course. In this half-day workshop participants will analyze and discuss the results of the pre-program survey: “what they spend their time on”. Following a lecture and discussion of time management fundamentals and tools, the students will work through an exercise designed to highlight where they can make changes in their daily routines getting the biggest time efficiencies. Prior to attending class, participants will be required to complete a survey of how they spend their time each day.
