This two-day course will review electrical safety hazards in the work environment and methods to reduce employee exposure. Training will address the application of the standard along with how to correctly perform a hazard identification and risk assessment. |
| Learning Outcomes: |
Explain the relationship between NFPA 70E and OSHA. Identify electrical safety hazards found in the workplace. Describe how to protect against arc flash and shock. List the elements of an electrical Hazard Analysis. Describe personal protective equipment [PPE] used in electrical work and its limitations. |

Course is designed for facility engineers, facility managers, electricians, safety officers, and facility maintenance staff. |
