Description: This webinar is an overview of the YUROK TRIBE WATER TREATMENT MONITORING PROJECT. This project provides monitoring of water quality parameters [turbidity, chlorine residual, water temperature and tank water level] at three remote Yurok Tribal community surface water treatment systems that are without on-grid electrical services. The water treatment monitoring and GOES data transmission equipment are low power consumption equipment operable off of 12 VDC solar power and requiring minimal operation and maintenance.
