Mobile Women's Health Unit

We are excited to offer this modern, efficient and accessible health care option for the thousands of women in the rural communities within the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service.

The Women's Health Care Unit provides an opportunity for American Indian women to seek important preventive health care. Women may receive early detection screenings for breast and cervical cancer. They will also find out their risk for heart disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis. The Women's Health Care Unit will be available to all American Indian women who are 18 years and older. We hope you are as excited as we are for the opportunity to work with these underserved women.
