  The Sioux San Optometry and Eye Clinic provides services to Native Americans living in Pennington County, South Dakota. The mission of the clinic is to provide quality eye care in a timely manner. Comfort and satisfaction are priorities.

  The clinic provides glasses and eye care at a reasonable cost to eligible clients, or no cost to those qualifying for the following special programs: The Contract Health Student Eyewear Program is available to elementary, middle, and high school students. Post high school students must provide a letter of verification from the college, stating they are taking a total of 12 credit hours or more to qualify for the program. During the summer months, prior to school starting, students are given priority appointments.

  Diabetes is a major cause of blindness. Yearly eye exams are recommended for all persons with diabetes.

  Appointments for all adults are available as time permits. Please call to schedule an appointment.
