Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service - EEO Counselors - January 2004

This is a list of trained EEO counselors who are available to you. If you feel that you cannot use the counselor at your specific location or none is available, you are encouraged to contact another counselor from the list below. However, if you choose to go outside your location, the informal counseling must be done by telephone or any travel cost will be incurred by your service unit/program (if this is the case, prior approval is required).

To file an informal complaint you must contact the EEO Coordinator, Albuquerque Area Office to file a EEO Informal Complaint. The EEO Coordinator will assign you an EEO counselor.
