Kayenta evening sky Kayenta is located on the Navajo Reservation in the scenic "Four Corners" region of the southwest United States.

The Navajo Reservation is the country's largest Indian Reservation. Kayenta Service Unit, one of the 8 Navajo Area Indian Health Service service units, serves the Navajo Nation Chapters of Chilchinbeto, Dennehotso, Inscription House, Kayenta, Navajo Mountain, Oljato, and Shonto.

Our mission is to promote individual and community health and well being in a culturally respectful and responsive manner.

Welcome to the Kayenta Service Unit website! Please take some time to get acquainted with our beautiful home, and consider joining our family of health-care professionals.

Incredible rock formations set against almost-constantly blue skies give awesome performances in sunlight and shadows. Living amidst such scenery, one begins to understand and respect the Native Americans' love of and connection with Mother Earth.
