Cow Creel Band of Umpqua Tribe logo The mission of the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians is, and always has been, to protect and preserve Tribal history and culture, the general welfare of Tribal members, and to provide for the economic needs of the Tribe and its members. To fulfill its mission, the Tribe strongly upholds its Government-to-Government relationship with local, state, and federal governments. The Tribe also works to develop and maintain strong cooperative relationships with businesses and individuals in the local area on issues that not only benefit the Tribe but the local communities as well.
