Anesthesiology
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and go all the way down the hall to the elevator marked Elevator to Upper Level Patient Rooms. Take that elevator to the third floor. Get off the elevator and walk straight ahead. The first door on your right is Anesthesiology. Sign your name on the clipboard and have a seat till you are called. Please remain in the Anesthesiology waiting area until your name is called .

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and go all the way down the hall to the elevator marked Elevator to Upper Level Patient Rooms. Take that elevator to the third floor. Get off the elevator and walk straight ahead. The first door on your right is Anesthesiology. Sign your name on the clipboard and have a seat till you are called. Please remain in the Anesthesiology waiting area until your name is called .

Contract Health
Enter W. W. Hastings Hospital from the front and walk down the cement stairs and enter the door on your right or left. Contract Health is located right in front of the entryway. Please sign your name on the clipboard available on the counter and somebody will be right with you. Please remain in the Contract Health waiting area until your name is called.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the front doors of the hospital and turn immediately to your right. Take the first elevator and go down to the first floor. Turn right coming off the elevator and stop at the first door on your right. Please sign your name on the clipboard available on the counter and somebody will be right with you. Please remain in the Contract Health waiting area until your name is called.

Dental Clinic
Enter W. W. Hastings Hospital from the front and walk down the cement stairs and enter the door on your right. Walk straight about 10 feet and you will see a registration booth on your left. Please stop and register before going to the Dental reception window to your right. Television and seating is available for your wait before your appointment. Please remain in the Dental waiting area until your name is called.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the front doors of the hospital and turn immediately to your right. Take the first elevator and go down to the first floor. Turn left coming off the elevator and stop at the registration booth on your left before seeing the Dental receptionist at the window in the Dental waiting area. Again, Please remain in the Dental waiting area until your name is called.

Diabetes Clinic
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and turn immediately to your right. Follow the hall to the registration booths on your left. After registering, proceed to the internal medicine reception window to let them know you are here. Please remain in the Internal Diabetes Clinic waiting area until your name is called.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the front doors of the hospital and turn immediately to your right. Follow the hall to the registration booth on your left After registering, proceed to the Internal Medicine reception window behind you and let them know you are here. Again, Please remain in the Diabetes Clinic waiting area until your name is called.

Drop In Clinic
Enter W. W. Hastings Hospital from the front and walk down the cement stairs and enter the door on your right or left. Turn to your left and go all the way past the waiting area and bathrooms. The registration booth is at the end of the wall on your left. Please check in with the registration clerk. Please remain in the Drop In Clinic waiting area until your name is called.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the front doors of the hospital and turn immediately to your right. Take the first elevator and go down to the first floor. Turn right coming off the elevator go all the way past the waiting area and bathrooms. The registration booth is at the end of the wall on your left. Please check in with the registration clerk. Please remain in the Drop In Clinic waiting area until your name is called.

Emergency Room
Enter the Emergency room entrance of W. W. Hastings hospital and proceed to the registration booths in front of the waiting area. Let them know you are here and take a seat in the waiting area. Please remain in the Emergency Room waiting area until your name is called .

Fast Track
Enter W. W. Hastings Hospital from the front and walk down the cement stairs and enter the door on your right or left. Turn to your left and go all the way past the waiting area and bathrooms. The registration booth is at the end of the wall on your left. Please check in with the registration clerk. Please remain in the Fast Track waiting area until your name is called.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the front doors of the hospital and turn immediately to your right. Take the first elevator and go down to the first floor. Turn right coming off the elevator go all the way past the waiting area and bathrooms. The registration booth is at the end of the wall on your left. Please check in with the registration clerk. Please remain in the Fast Track waiting area until your name is called.

Internal Medicine Clinic
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and turn immediately to your right. Follow the hall to the registration booths on your left. After registering, proceed to the internal medicine reception window to let them know you are here. Please remain in the Internal Medicine Clinic waiting area until your name is called.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the front doors of the hospital and turn immediately to your right. Follow the hall to the registration booth on your left After registering, proceed to the Internal Medicine reception window behind you and let them know you are here. Again, Please remain in the Internal Medicine Clinic waiting area until your name is called.

Inpatient Rooms
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and go all the way down the hall to the elevator marked Elevator to Upper Level Patient Rooms. Take that elevator to the third floor. Get off the elevator and walk straight ahead. The first left leads you toward the patient rooms. Stop at the desk and let them know you are visiting.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and go all the way down the hall to the elevator marked Elevator to Upper Level Patient Rooms. Take that elevator to the third floor. Get off the elevator and walk straight ahead. The first left leads you toward the patient rooms. Stop at the desk and let them know you are visiting.

Labor & Delivery
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and go all the way down the hall to the elevator marked Elevator to Upper Level Patient Rooms. Take that elevator to the third floor. Get off the elevator and walk straight ahead. You will see a sign that says Labor and Delivery turn right. Half way down the hall you will see a phone on your left. Pick it up and let the person on the other end know you want to go to Labor and Delivery. They will be right with you.

Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and go all the way down the hall to the elevator marked Elevator to Upper Level Patient Rooms. Take that elevator to the third floor. Get off the elevator and walk straight ahead. You will see a sign that says Labor and Delivery turn right. Half way down the hall you will see a phone on your left. Pick it up and let the person on the other end know you want to go to Labor and Delivery. They will be right with you.

Laboratory
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and pass the elevators to the registration booths. Let registration know that you want your chart sent to Laboratory. Proceed down the hall away from the front door and you will see the Lab office. Let them know you are here and sit in the waiting area. Please remain in the Laboratory waiting area until your name is called .

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and proceed around the information desk on your right and pass the elevators to the registration booths. Let registration know that you want your chart sent to Laboratory. Proceed down the hall away from the front door and you will see the Lab office. Let them know you are here and sit in the waiting area. Please remain in the Laboratory waiting area until your name is called .

Medical Records
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and pass the elevators. The Medical Records office is on your left. Ring the bell and somebody will be right with you.

Nursery
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and go all the way down the hall to the elevator marked Elevator to Upper Level Patient Rooms. Take that elevator to the third floor. Get off the elevator and walk straight ahead. You will see a sign that says Labor and Delivery turn right. Half way down the hall you will see a phone on your left. Pick it up and let the person on the other end know you want to go to the Nursery. They will be right with you.

OB/GYN Women�s Clinic
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and turn to your left. Follow the hall and you will pass Pharmacy waiting area. The second waiting area on your left is OB/GYN Women�s clinic. Proceed to registration booths straight ahead and let them know you are here. Please remain in the OB/GYN Women�s Clinic waiting area until your name is called or you will be moved to the back of the call line.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings and turn to your left. Follow the hall and you will pass Pharmacy waiting area. The second waiting area on your left is OB/GYN Women�s clinic. Proceed to registration booths straight ahead. Let them know you are here and sit in the waiting area. Again, Please remain in the Pediatrics waiting area until your name is called or you will be moved to the back of the call line.

Ophthalmology
Enter W. W. Hastings Hospital from the front and walk down the cement stairs and enter the door on your right or left. Turn to your left and go all the way past the waiting area and bathrooms. The registration booth is at the end of the wall on your left. Please check in with the registration clerk. Please remain in the Ophthamology waiting area until your name is called.

Turn right coming off the elevator go all the way past the waiting area and bathrooms. The registration booth is at the end of the wall on your left. Please check in with the registration clerk. Optometry
Enter W. W. Hastings Hospital from the front and walk down the cement stairs and enter the door on your right or left. Turn to your left and go all the way past the waiting area and bathrooms. The registration booth is at the end of the wall on your left. Please check in with the registration clerk. Please remain in the Optometry waiting area until your name is called.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the front doors of the hospital and turn immediately to your right. Take the first elevator and go down to the first floor. Turn right coming off the elevator go all the way past the waiting area and bathrooms. The registration booth is at the end of the wall on your left. Please check in with the registration clerk. Please remain in the Optometry waiting area until your name is called.

Pediatrics/WIC
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and turn to your left. Follow the hall and you will pass Pharmacy waiting area. The next waiting area on your left is Pediatrics. Proceed to the window and let them know you are here. Please remain in the Pediatrics waiting area until your name is called or you will be moved to the back of the call line.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings and turn to your left. Follow the hall and you will pass Pharmacy waiting area. The next waiting area on your left is Pediatrics. Proceed to window on your left. Let them know you are here and sit in the waiting area. Again, Please remain in the Pediatrics waiting area until your name is called or you will be moved to the back of the call line.

Pharmacy
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and pass the elevators to the registration booths. Let registration know that you want your chart sent to Pharmacy. Proceed back toward the front door and Pharmacy reception window is on the wall to your right. Let them know you are here and sit in the waiting area. Please remain in the Pharmacy waiting area until your name is called or your RX order will be moved to the back of the call line.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and proceed around the information desk on your right and pass the elevators to the registration booths. Let registration know that you want your chart sent to Pharmacy. Proceed back toward the front door and Pharmacy reception window is on the wall to your right. Let them know you are here and sit in the waiting area. Again, Please remain in the Pharmacy waiting area until your name is called or your RX order will be moved to the back of the call line.

Radiology
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and pass the elevators to the registration booths. Let registration know that you want your chart sent to Radiology. Proceed down the hall away from the front doors. You will pass Laboratory, treadmill and then the door to radiology is next. Let them know you are here and sit in the waiting area. Please remain in the Radiology waiting area until your name is called.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and proceed around the information desk on your right and pass the elevators to the registration booths. Let registration know that you want your chart sent to Radiology. Proceed down the hall away from the front doors. You will pass Laboratory, treadmill and then the door to radiology is next. Let them know you are here and sit in the waiting area. Again, Please remain in the Radiology waiting area until your name is called.

Surgery Clinic
Enter W. W. Hastings Hospital from the front and walk down the cement stairs and enter the door on your right. Walk straight about 10 feet and you will see a registration booth on your left. Please stop and register before going to the Surgery Clinic door to your right. After entering the Surgery Clinic , please check in with the receptionist at the window. Please remain in the Surgery Clinic waiting area until your name is called.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the front doors of the hospital and turn immediately to your right. Take the first elevator and go down to the first floor. Turn left coming off the elevator and stop at the registration booth on your left before seeing the Surgery Clinic receptionist at the window in the Surgery Clinic waiting area. Again, Please remain in the Surgery Clinic waiting area until your name is called.

Surgery Waiting Area
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and go all the way down the hall to the elevator marked Elevator to Upper Level Patient Rooms. Take that elevator to the third floor. Get off the elevator and immediately on your left is the surgery waiting area. There is a patient care representative sitting at the desk in front of you who can check on the patient�s condition for you.

Handicap Accessibility: Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and go all the way down the hall to the elevator marked Elevator to Upper Level Patient Rooms. Take that elevator to the third floor. Get off the elevator and immediately on your left is the surgery waiting area. There is a patient care representative sitting at the desk in front of you who can check on the patient�s condition for you.

Treadmill
Enter the main doors of W. W. Hastings Hospital and walk around the information desk on your right and pass the elevators to the registration booths. Let registration know that you want your chart sent to Treadmill. Proceed down the hall away from the front door and you will see the Treadmill office sign on your right. Go through the door and the treadmill office is on your right. Enter and let somebody know you are here.
