The Lower Elwha Klallam Reservation is located on 373 acres. The land is checkerboard fashion with private property and is located eight miles west of Port Angeles, Washington.

Tribal Health and Prevention Programs

The Lower Elwha Klallam Tribal community with a membership of 972 that populate the Tribal land and the surrounding towns as Port Angeles, Sequim and Crescent areas offer Health services from their own Lower Elwha Health Clinic (LEHC) and serve over 4,308 patients. 233 in Mental Health services, 697 in Drug and Alcohol services, 1018 in Dental services, and 2360 in Medical services and 150 of which are receiving specialized services for Chronic Pain Management (CPM).
