Clinton Service Unit
Clinton Indian Hospital
Located in the town of Clinton, 70 miles west of Oklahoma City on Interstate 40, is the Clinton Indian Health Center (CIHC). The CIHC is a modern, Joint Commission accredited ambulatory care center which moved into a new facility in March 2007. Outpatient clinical services include: general medical care, pediatric care, and women’s health care. Other services of the facility include: Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Audiology, Optometry, Dental, Physical Therapy, Public Health Nursing, and Podiatry. This facility is no longer a hospital and does not have emergency services.
Watonga Health Center
Sixty miles northwest of Oklahoma City in a small rural community of 4,500 is the new, up-to-date, busy health center at Watonga. The one physician on staff attends to 4,000 outpatient visits each year. Another 4,000 visits are taken by support personnel. The center makes available primary health care services in medicine, dentistry, nursing, community health, pharmacy, laboratory, and social services.
El Reno Health Center
Located in the Oklahoma City suburb of El Reno, the El Reno Health Center provides the usual primary services to the Indian population of Canadian County and part of Oklahoma County. The staff of 3 medical providers sees about 26,000 primary care visits per year.
