HEAT tickets, also referred to as “call records,” provide a complete record of a problem, service request, or change request from a customer. Because each ticket is linked to the customer’s profile, it also provides an easy access to the contact information and call history for the customer. The combination of call record and customer history makes HEAT a valuable tool for reporting on and analyzing past tickets.
