Authority Delegated and to Whom

Pursuant to the January 22, 1979 Delegation of Administrative, Financial, and Personnel Authorities from the Assistant Secretary for Health to the Director, Office of Management, I hereby delegate to the officials listed below the authority to make determinations, including the reasonable value within the meaning of 5 U.S.C. 5911, in connection with the furnishing of subsistence and laundry services to civilian employees in HHS owned and operated facilities.

Redelegations and Restrictions

These authorities shall not be redelegated below the level of the director in charge of each facility

Prior Delegation

This delegation supersedes tile delegations of authority relating to provision of subsistence and laundry services which were issued in the PHS GAM Chapter i-100 on February 7, 1966.

Effective Date

This delegation is effective upon date of signature.
