AUTHORITY DELEGATED

Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Public Health Service (PHS) Agency Heads by the Director, Office of Management, PHS, on September 13,1988, I hereby delegate to the officials listed below, the authority to execute space requests with the General Services Administration for Indian Health Service (IHS) field units located outside Headquarters (Washington metropolitan area) excluding the regional offices.

This authority is to be exercised consistent with applicable Federal Property Management regulations and procedures.

SUPERSESSION

This delegation supersedes the previous DOA located in the Indian Health Manual, Administrative Delegation #25, “Delegation of Authority to Execute Space Requests for Indian Health Service Field Units,” dated May 4, 1990.

EFFECTIVE DATE

This delegation is effective on the date of signature.
