1. Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Director, Office of Management Support (OMS), by the Director of Headquarters Operations on JUN 19 1998, I hereby delegate to the Division and Staff Directors, OMS, for their appropriate offices, the authority to approve irregular, occasional, or regularly scheduled overtime payment for work performed at the work site, at home, or at other alternate work sites.

2. The above authority may not be redelegated.

3. Requirements and instructions for exercising this authority are contained in the Health and Human Services Personnel Instruction 550-1, "Premium Pay."
