AUTHORITY DELEGATED

Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Director, Indian Health Service (IHS), by the Assistant Secretary for Health (ASH), on March 24, 1994, I hereby delegate to the positions listed below, the authority to administer the Medicare Payment Special Fund under Section 1880(c) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.1935 qq), and the authority to administer the Medicaid Payment Special Fund under Section 402(a) of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, Public Law 94-437, as amended.
