BACKGROUND:

This transmittal notice forwards Part 1, Chapter 7 of the Indian Health Manual which sets forth policies, responsibilities and procedures for the review and coordination of research activities affecting the Indian health program.  This incorporates Division of Indian Health Circular No. 60-14 into the Indian Health Manual.  There are no substantive changes.
