BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards a revised Page 15 for Chapter 4, Part 2.  This revision is necessary to show the new rate for non-beneficiary emergency cases, and to show the rate for outpatient service.  It also corrects the reference cited for non-beneficiary non-emergency care ion Alaska.  The changes are shown by vertical lines in the margin.
