BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards an addition to Part 2, Chapter 4, Services and Payments for Services. Section 2-4.4B has been amended to provide for treatment as Bureau of Employees' Compensation beneficiaries, Indians enrolled in vocational training programs administered by BIA and assigned to a Federal Agency.

MANUAL MAINTENANCE:

Remove and destroy superseded pages and file attached material in place of Page 11.

PEN AND INK CHANGE:

Change Section 2-4.2H in Table of Contents and Chapter to read "Federal Health Programs Service" instead of "Division of Direct Health Services" in all instances.
