BACKGROUND:

This transmittal forwards revised Exhibit 1-3.3(1), P.L. 83-568, the Indian Transfer Act.

Public Law 93-638, Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act further amended the Act of August 5, 1954 (68 Stat. 674), by adding a new section 8 after section 7.

Section 7 is printed in full text.
