Transmittal Notice 82-07

BACKGROUND:

This transmittal adds paragraph 2-4.1C to include the treatment of non-Indian patients at Talihina Hospital in Talihina, Oklahoma and at Zuni-Ramah Service Unit in Zuni, New Mexico, as provided by P.L. 97-100, December 23, 1981.

Part 2-4.2A(1-9) has been revised and updated because of the closure of PHS hospitals and clinics.

Paragraph 2-4.2B updates Dependents' Charges to $6.30, the present rate.

Part 2, Chapter 4, Sections 1, 2A and 2B, pages 1, 2, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, and 2E.

Part 2-4.1, 2A and 2B, TN 72.11 dated 11/5/72

Remove the superseded pages 1 and 2 and replace with the enclosed pages 1, 2, 2A, 2B, and 2C.  File Transmittal Notice in the appropriate section.
