Transmittal Notice 86-10

BACKGROUND:

This Transmittal Notice (TN) forwards a change to the delegation, Part 1, Chapter 5, Delegations of Authority, Exhibit 1-5.2F-11, Subject:  Appointing Authority.  The Office of Research and Development, has been changed to the Office of Health Program Development; and the Nashville Program Office appointing authority is exercised through the National Hansen's Disease Center, Carville, Louisiana.

Part 1, Chapter 5, Delegations of Authority, Exhibit 1-5.2F-11, Subject:  Appointing Authority.

This Transmittal Notice supersedes Exhibit 1-5.2F-11, Subject:  Appointing Authority, TN 85-2, dated January 4, 1985 in its entirety.
