BACKGROUND:

This transmittal notice forwards changes to Part 1, Chapter 5, Delegations of Authority, Exhibit 1-5.2J-3, Subject:  Travel and Administrative Resolution of Cash Fund Irregularities.

The changes include (1) the Area Directors have been delegated the authority to redelegate this authority to Branch Chiefs; and (2) additional information to be included in processing Travel vouchers, pursuant to Chapter 9-00-30 of the DHHS Travel Manual.
