This transmittal revises Look-Up Table No.1 of the IHS Supply Manual to include EOQ Tables being used, revises the Navajo Area Station Codes and updates the names of facility contact personnel.

Remove and destroy superseded material and file the material transmitted in proper sequence in Part 5, Indian Health Manual, Chapter 6, Supply Management Section 5, ADP Codes.
