This transmittal forwards a new delegation to the Indian Health Manual, Part 1, Chapter 5 - Delegations of Authority, Exhibit 1-5.2H4 and Exhibit 1-5.2H4(A), Subject:  Amendment to PHS ADP and Telecommunications Authority:  Telephone and facsimile Equipment Acquisitions.

This delegation reflects the recent authority as a result of the elevation of Indian Health Service to a PHS Agency.
