MATERIAL TRANSMITTED:

MATERIAL SUPERSEDED:

Delegation of Authority Program #18, “Delegation of Grant Related Authorities under Title I, Section 103(b)(2) and 103(e) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, Public Law 93-638, as amended,” dated August 19, 1999.

MANUAL MAINTENANCE:

Remove and disregard the current copies of DOA Program #18 (TN 2002-02) from your manual system binders.  Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA Program #18 (TN 2005-01) in its place.

Log and file this Transmittal Notice in sequential order.
