Transmittal Notice 06-25

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #4, “Federal Claims Collection Act as Amended, 31 United States Code 3711.”  This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes resulting from the 2004 Indian Health Service (IHS) Headquarters reorganization.

The revised DOA, Administrative #4, “Federal Claims Collection Act as Amended, 31 United States Code 3711.”

DOA, Administrative #4, “Federal Claims Collection Act as Amended, 3 1 United States Code 3711.” dated November 2, 1995.

Remove and discard the current copies of DOA, Administrative #4, “Federal Claims Collection Act as Amended, 31 United States Code 3711,”dated November 2, 1995, from your manual system binders.  Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Administrative #4, “Federal Claims Collection Act as Amended, 31 United States Code 3711” TN 2006-25, in its place.
