Transmittal Notice 07-03

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #7, "Authority to Enter into Contracts with Fiscal Agents."  This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes resulting from the 2004 Indian Health Service Headquarters reorganization.

The revised DOA, Administrative #7, "Authority to Enter into Contracts with Fiscal Agents."

DOA Administrative #7, "Authority to Enter into Contracts with Fiscal Agents," dated August 23, 1990.

Remove and discard the current copies of DOA, Administrative #7, "Authority to Enter into Contracts with Fiscal Agents," dated August 23, 1990, from your manual system binders.  Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Administrative #7, "Authority to Enter into Contracts with Fiscal Agents," TN 2007-03, in its place.

Log and file this TN in sequential order.
