Transmittal Notice 10-03

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the revised Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #37, “Concerning Easements, Revocable Licenses, Rights of Entry, and Use Permits.”  This DOA is being reissued to reflect the changes resulting from previous Indian Health Service reorganizations.

The revised DOA, Administrative #37, “Concerning Easements, Revocable Licenses, Rights of Entry, and Use Permits.”

Remove and discard the current copies of DOA, Administrative #37, “Concerning Easements, Revocable Licenses, Rights of Entry, and Use Permits,” dated, December 14, 1995,from your manual system binders.  Insert the attached copy of the revised DOA, Administrative #37, “Concerning Easements, Revocable Licenses, Rights of Entry, and Use Permits,” TN 2010-03, in its place.

Log and file this TN in sequential order.
