BACKGROUND

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to forward a copy of the new Delegation of Authority (DOA), Administrative #50, "Public Law 94-437, Leasing." This DOA complies with the Assistant Secretary for Health memorandum dated March 24, 1994, "Delegation of Authority for Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act," Public Law 94-437, as amended.
