BACKGROUND

The purpose of this Transmittal Notice (TN) is to transmit a copy of the Part 8, Chapter 4, "Information Technology Capital Planning and Investment Control," Indian Health Manual (IHM).  This chapter revises and updates the policies and responsibilities for performing Information Technology Capital Planning and Investment Control processes throughout the Indian Health Service (IHS).
