Application Deadline

New Applicants — March 28, 2012
Continuation Applicants — February 28, 2012

If you submit your materials via a commercial carrier such as FedEx or UPS, a legible, dated receipt will be accepted as proof of timely mailing instead of a postmark. Private metered postmarks will not be accepted.

Contact your Area Scholarship Coordinator (ASC) if you have any questions or encounter an error when completing the online application.

If you are a new applicant, mail your application packet, including the original application and supporting documentation with required signatures and one set of copies of each document, to the IHS Scholarship Program branch office postmarked no later than the March 28 deadline. The mailing address is:
