The IHS Division of Oral Health is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider
The AIDC Dental Study Group will meet in the AIDC Conference Room for 1.5 hours every 2 months [9 hours/year].. The group will consist of AIDC dentists and dental hygienists. Continuing dental education will be provided by the study group participants in one of the following formats: 1. Journal article presentations 2. Clinical case presentations 3. Dental seminars 4. Guest speaker presentations
The purpose of this course is to give the audience a better understanding of the program to be implemented at AIDC, collaborating with AIHC staff with the long tem goal of decreasing Early Childhood Caries.
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to: 1. Explain the basic concept of the AIDC/AIHC collaboration. 2. Mirror the model implemented in Alaska. 3. Identify the need for this type of intervention, based on past practices. 4. List the assessment guidelines and products of what will be used and why.

Tuition Payment Information:
Tuition must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the start date of any course. Request for refunds must be received in writing at
least two weeks before the course begins. For each refund request, there will be an administrative charge of $100. No refunds will be made to registrants who fail to attend a course.
If IHS CDE program cancels a course, then 100% of the tuition will be refunded.
