A set of award winning* video trainings that are designed to help health care providers and others work more effectively with patients and co-workers. These trainings are one to two hours each. After completing the trainings, a Certificate of Completion is available following the quiz and evaluation. These trainings do not provide CME/CE credit.

Each training has a Discussion Guide which can be used in a group setting, like a staff meeting, to enhance communication skills between co-workers and with clients. A Presentation Handout with key concepts can be printed before starting the trainings.
