Ada Yellow Hawk is a 39 y/o G12P9 at 38 weeks gestation who has had an uneventful pregnancy and who is very happy to be having a child with her new partner. She hasn't been able to keep a lot of prenatal visits and now presents in active labor. You find a BP of 148/98, 2+ proteinuria, 1+ edema, and 3+ DTRs.
