2009 Resources for Community-Directed Diabetes Programs In FY2009, the IHS Division of Diabetes (DDTP) developed several new resources for diabetes programs in the Indian Health System. These resources include a new web-based training and updated Indian Health Diabetes Best Practices. To facilitate use of these resources by Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI) grant programs, a list and links are provided here:
