Division of Diabetes Treatment and Prevention - Leading the effort to treat and prevent diabetes in American Indians and Alaska Natives

A variety of courses are presented by experts in the field. These webinars provide up-to-date, in-depth understanding of diabetes education trends and topics.

These pre-recorded 90 minute courses can be accessed at your convenience 24/7 from your office or home. Participants receive 1.5 CE credits for completing the course.

Eligibility criteria: Nurses, dietitians, pharmacists and other licensed health care professionals must be a current IHS, Tribal, and Urban Indian health program employee.

Note: All registrations must be submitted on or before Friday, March 28, 2014 (no exceptions).

Apply for only one Recorded Webinar at a time, using the form provided below. Upon completion of the course, submit another application form for the next Recorded Webinars you wish to attend, and so on. You will have one month from the registration date to complete the course and Division of Diabetes course evaluation.

Non-Attendance Penalty: Any participant who fails to complete a pre-paid Recorded Webinars without cancelling their registration is not eligible to receive funding for future Partnership courses.

Application Process: Do not use the AADE site to register. Please use the following form. All registrations must be submitted on or before Friday, March 28, 2014 (no exceptions).
