Problem Solving Among Co-Workers

Ever had to orient a new employee when you didn’t have time?   Watch how problem solving skills are implemented to help build a better relationship between two employees. Learn how to use team building strategies and basic counseling skills in solving problems and helping maintain good working relationships with your staff and peers. You can complete the training during one sitting (60 minutes) or view a section when you have the time.
