Our Mission ::
To promote customer satisfaction and to establish a system of performing organizational organizational improvement through:
- Assessing the needs of our customers;
- Identifying customer issues that are within the scope of NNLC;
- Developing and recommending actions regarding structure and process issues that will contribute to problem solving;
- Identifying customers at all levels;
- Fostering open lines of communication, respect for individual expression of ideas, and a climate that emphasizes excellence in product and service.
