To promote customer satisfaction and to establish a system of performing organizational organizational improvement through:

  • Assessing the needs of our customers;

  • Identifying customer issues that are within the scope of NNLC;

  • Developing and recommending actions regarding structure and process issues that will contribute to problem solving;

  • Identifying customers at all levels;

  • Fostering open lines of communication, respect for individual expression of ideas, and a climate that emphasizes excellence in product and service.
