Example 1. Indian lives in Area A for the first half of the 3-year reporting period and was active there, reporting that they reside in Area A (in a non-Urban ITU, not SU 00). They move to Area B in the second half of the reporting period and are active there as well, reporting that they reside in Area B (in a non-Urban ITU, not SU 00). The person will be included in the official counts of both Areas A and B.

Example 2. Indian lives in Area A for the first half of the 3-year reporting period and was active there, reporting that they reside in Area A (in a non-Urban ITU, not SU 00). During the three year period, they go on a trip to visit relatives in Area B. They are active in Area B but report that they reside in Area A (in a non-Urban ITU, not SU 00).
