Payment and Cancellation Policy
Tuition is $ 4500.00 for all three sessions. The tuition is due 60 days before the
start of the program. In the event of cancellations, substitutions may be made at
no cost up to the week before Session One. The entire tuition will be forfeited
if cancellation is made and no substitution occurs. Payment may be submitted by:
HHS 350 approved training form or Tribal organizational check. Check our website
for further information.
